Our calm ponies can visit residents in a shared outdoor area or, where access and the facility allow, make gentle individual room visits. Residents can pat, cuddle, groom and have photos with the ponies while our handlers encourage relaxed conversation and happy memories.

Our new small-animal interactions offer a calm, close-up experience for guests who may prefer smaller animals or venues that are not suited to pony rides. With guidance from our team, participants can meet, gently pat and learn about a selection of friendly animals.

Peanut is especially suited to calm weekday interactions and can visit shared spaces or individual rooms where facility access allows.
Every facility and group is different. We confirm access, surfaces, participant needs, animal numbers and session format before providing a tailored quote.

What happens on the day?
We make the experience easy for families. You provide an approved, safe space and we bring the ponies, riding equipment and experienced team.
Before we arrive
We confirm the address, access, riding space, number and ages of children, pony numbers and session time with you.
We set everything up
Our team unloads and prepares the ponies, checks the riding area and organises helmets before rides begin.
Children enjoy their rides
Rides are taken one at a time with a handler. The booked session is shared between guests, with safety and pony welfare always coming first.
We pack down
At the end of the session, we safely pack the equipment, load the ponies and leave the riding area tidy.

Clear answers about space, safety, bookings, payments and bringing our ponies to your event.
How much space do you need?+
We generally require a safe, level area of at least 15 × 15 metres, with clear float access and room for parents and waiting guests to remain outside the riding area. Larger public events may require a bigger arena.
Are helmets supplied?+
Yes. Australian Standard riding helmets are supplied and fitted to each rider before their ride.
Do parents need to sign a waiver?+
Yes. A parent or legal guardian must complete the rider waiver before a child rides.
How do bookings and payments work?+
A 50% deposit secures your confirmed date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. Travel and any additional time are included in your written quote.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?+
Pony welfare and rider safety come first. Extreme heat, storms, unsafe wind or unsuitable ground may require a change of time, reschedule or another arrangement under the booking terms.
How far do you travel?+
We regularly service Melbourne’s west, north-west and surrounding areas. Send us the full event address and we will confirm availability and the safest towing-route travel fee.
Can you attend schools, childcare centres or aged-care homes?+
Yes. We offer supervised pony interactions and visits for parties, community events, schools, childcare centres, aged-care homes and suitable community programs.
